About Me
I work as an information technology manager at the University of Florida. While at work, I am responsible for the maintenance of computer and Polycom videoconferencing hardware, installation of software, maintenance of the department's Web site, and training on the various software and equipment available in the department. I also maintain the Organizational Unit in Active Directory and e-Policy Orchestrator for my department. I created my department's Web site using ASP.NET C#, SQL Server, and jQuery.
In my spare time, I design Web sites and develop Web, iPhone, iPad, and Mac apps. I am proficient in using HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript with jQuery, ASP.NET C# with SQL Server, PHP with MySQL, ColdFusion, ANSI-C, C++, Objective-C with Cocoa, and Java.
I really like Apple products and use a 2.2GHz MacBook Pro (15-inch, Early 2011) as my primary computer and a 16GB Black iPhone 4S as my mobile phone.
I graduated from the University of West Florida in May 2011 with a bachelor of science degree in computer science. I earned a 3.812 for my major-exclusive GPA and a 3.275 as my overall GPA. The GPA is on a 4-point scale. I took Japanese I, Database Systems, Database Administration, Cyber-Security Forensics, and Real-Time Systems as my electives.
As a hobby, I enjoy Japanese pop culture, particularly anime and manga. I also enjoy playing video games. My favorite foods are mainly Japanese, such as nigirizushi, tonkatsu, and curry rice.
